NLA believes that all children deserve the opportunity to play, whether it be in its Development Centers, its tryout-based Academy program for advanced players, or Individual Training.
NLA is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment to players of all ages, ensuring that soccer opportunities are based on individuals’ abilities and qualifications. Consistent with these principles and applicable laws, it is therefore NLA’s policy not to discriminate on the basis of age, color, gender, gender identity, disability, national origin, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. No person, on the basis of protected status, shall be excluded from participation in one of NLA’s programs, or be subjected to unlawful discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
NLA will make reasonable accommodations to encourage children with disabilities to participate.
